I was born in Wales, grew up in California and New Jersey, and now live amidst the stunning beauty of Vermont. These places have profoundly shaped who I am and what I create. From my family’s journey in bringing Laura Ashley from the UK to America, to my years as a floral designer and stylist, my life has always sought to be a fusion of design, creativity, and connection. Whether curating luxurious interiors, working in Smith & Hawken’s California gardens, or crafting cheese boards styled with unusual tastes and freshly cut flowers, one thing has always held true — I am drawn to the magic of turning something ordinary into something extraordinary.Design Meets Delicious
With A Cultivated Living, I’ve realized my lifelong dream of blending my love for design in all its forms and my passion for food. From curating lush grazing boards to teaching others how to grow their own vegetables and flowers, I aim to make every experience as beautiful as it is meaningful. My philosophy centers around garden-to-table living: crafting meals that highlight seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced from Vermont’s rich landscapes (and sometimes directly from my own gardens). Each dish is styled with care, adorned with flowers, and ready to nourish both body and soul. I believe that food should be as inclusive as it is delicious. That’s why all my recipes are naturally low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free, with the occasional indulgent splurge to celebrate life’s rich moments.
