Ingredients
 

For The Dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix Base: Add softened cream cheese to a bowl and stir until smooth.
  • Add Flavor: Mix in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Herbs: Fold in chopped herbs and mix until evenly combined.
  • Serve: Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and finish with extra herbs.

This dip is best served at room temperature so the texture stays creamy and spreadable. ** To serve this in a bowl as pictured double the recipe - using 8 oz of cream cheese will create a ramekin size portion - great for dipping crudité, but for a crowd dredging bread you will want more. **
